BOARD MTG MINUTES Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003 » 4:00-5:00
Thanks to Chris for organizing carpool rides for the
Robert Wood Johnson Open House event. Thanks to Asghar for his
dedication to the SAC events and updates. Note: for those who want
information about SAC events, please contact Asghar.
Constitution
The final draft of the
constitution was re-viewed and
signed by
the executive board members and will then be sent to Dr. Hunter
for her approval and signature.
SAC
SAC needs PPS to give a 1-2 minute presentation
that includes a statement of purpose and the activities of our
organization. Some questions we need to address are: 1) How do we want to do the presentation?
2) Do we need funds at all?
3) What will they fund us for (i.e. what are our
funding limitations)?
4) What specific events do we want to have next
semester (so that we can plan a budget)?
Attention, Directors!
Next semester is right around the
corner. Please think about what you want to accomplish next
semester and start implementing those plans soon. The
executive board will need to know what your committee plans on
doing during the spring semester before the end of this
semester!!!
Website
Rick will attempt to get a PPS website.
SAB
Asghar and Neil will attend the CGS-Student Advisory Board
(SAB) meeting and keep us informed of the details.
