• Inexpensive Gas, Upgradeable Equipment.
• Surface Sterilant ONLY.
• Requires Six Parameters: Gas Concentration, Vacuum, Pressure, Temperature, Relative Humidity, Exposure Time.
• EtO + H₂O + Cl^- = ethylene glycol + 2-chlorethanol (toxic)
